Laurence Olivier’s grand Technicolor epic, incorporating both his own and David Garrick’s alterations, is one of the finest filmings of any Shakespeare play. Opening with location photography, he employed long takes to give an authentic feel of the original work. Some of the finest Shakespearian actors of the time brought the characters to life on screen. 

Photos are coded BB2-3, 46, 94, 100. One has unreadable ink stamp on verso.
