Vintage original 22 x 28″ (55 x 71 cm.) half sheet poster style B, USA. Alan Freed, Lionel Hampton, Chuck Berry, Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers, dir: Charles Dubin; Paramount. An important piece of rock and roll history on film, one of a handful of films starring the legendary DJ Freed, who coined the term “rock and roll”, and was one of its great early promoters, with shows of racially-integrated talent.

Here we have at bottom center a great image of a young and very exuberant Little Richard characteristically pounding away at the piano! Folded, with a small tear in middle right blank margin, one tear at center fold mended on verso with paper tape, one tape stain at bottom blank right, VERY GOOD-.
