Vintage original 14 x 17″ (34 x 43 cm.) jumbo lobby card, USA. Greta Garbo, Charles Bickford, George F. Marion, dir: Clarence Brown; MGM. Adapted from the classic play by Eugene O’Neill. Chris (George F. Marion) is having breakfast and, typically, is drinking coffee from his saucer, as his daughter Anna (Greta Garbo) looks wistfully out to sea. A very haunting image. There are some small pinholes and other signs of handling to the edges, but a very solid copy of this rare card, VERY GOOD+.
