New York: Various, ca. 1940s-1950s. Set of three vintage original 8 x 10″ (20 x 25 cm) black-and-white print still photos, one with printed info, another with MS description of a concert, another with date stamp of Mar 1950. Overall near fine.

Three photos of the great musician and civil rights activist Josh White, including one with his young son, Josh White Jr. His repertoire was varied and included urban blues and traditional folk, as well as political protest songs. White was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2023.
