Heitor Villa-Lobos (1887-1959) was the foremost South American classical composer of his generation. He came for the first time to Hollywood in 1958 to write the score for the film Green Mansions, set in Brazilian jungles, which starred Audrey Hepburn and was directed by her husband Mel Ferrer. (Wikipedia)

One photo is a portrait of the composer; another includes him, Hepburn and her pet Yorkshire terrier; another shows him seated at a gala dinner with Hepburn and two others; and the last shows the two of them (she is helping light his cigar), Ferrer and a few other dignitaries.

As it happens, the composer died in November of 1959 — not long after ending his memorable visit to Hollywood.
