Darryl Zanuck’s personally-bound volume of Twentieth Century Fox bound sales reports from their British office (1951)

$500.00

Small folio, bound in a flexible cloth with studio chief Darryl Zanuck’s name stamped in gold on front cover. Some scuffing to covers, overall NEAR FINE, approximately 300 pp.

A massive compendium, containing the results of sales drives, inter-studio sales department news and memos, reports from specific branches in different cities, and news about the releases of specific films. I have not personally seen anything quite comparable to this for any studio’s work in a particular year, and it is jam-packed with information about Fox’s work at this moment in its history.
