PETER PAN (1953)

Bobby Driscoll, Kathryn Beaumont, Hans Conreid, Bill Thompson, Heather Angel, Paul Collins, dir: Clyde Geronimi, Wilfred Jackson, Hamilton Luske, Jack Kinney; Walt Disney. J. M. Barrie’s classic story of childhood and a boy who never wants to grow up was given the Disney treatment in 1953. There have been many versions, but this is the most popular film rendition.

Presented here is an outstanding collection of original publicity images sent out for the film’s original 1953 release. All of the popular characters are here: Peter Pan, Wendy, Captain Hook, Smee, the Lost Boys, TInkerbell and the Indians. Still numbers are PP 86 (with attached studio paper blurb); PP-6, 7, 11, 21, 40, 46c, 51 c, 57, 58, 59, 77, 83, 85, 95, 99, 105, 108c, 113, 114, 120, 129, 133, 138, 144, 145, 148, 176, 190, 192 and one un-numbered.

Seemingly not used, they exhibit curling from having been stored in a file cabinet for many years, otherwise they are in very fine condition, NEAR FINE.
