Set in 19th Century Paris, it is the story of Dr. Marakle, who abducts women to inject them with ape blood to prove and ape-man kinship. He fails and the women die. Here he is about to lure leading lady Sidney Fox into his trap as her fiancé (Leon Ames) is amused.
