[Los Angeles: Warner Brothers, 1942]. Vintage original 8 x 10″ (20 x 25 cm.) black-and-white glossy silver gelatin photo. Filled-in pin holes at each corner and minor crease at bottom right corner. For the amount of use this photo has seen it shows very minor wear, about fine.

The ultimate Casablanca photo for any lover of the film. At Rick’s Café Americain, owner Rick (Humphrey Bogart) asks the club’s pianist Sam (Dooley Wilson) to “play it, Sam” — referring to the theme song “As Time Goes By”, which leads into the montage sequence depicting Rick’s relationship with Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman).
