There are various holograph notations on verso identifying Haring and LA II, giving the location of this exhibit and its dates, and citing photographer credit to Tseng Kwong Chi, also with an ink stamped photographer credit, just about fine.

Angel Ortiz (LA II) was a graffiti artist who collaborated with artist Keith Haring and contributed to the evolution of his work, most notably with his use of graffiti infill squiggles.

Beulah Land was a place in New York’s Lower East Side which functioned as a nightclub, cocktail lounge, art gallery and performance space.
