Original photos of Louise Brooks are increasingly scarce and highly sought by collectors. This silent comedy was thought to be completely lost until some 20 minutes of footage were found a few years ago. As the peasant girl Griselle, Brooks is featured here with stars Wallace Beery and Raymond Hatton. Even in her peasant costume, Brooks displays her trademark Buster Brown bangs.
