OUT OF THE PAST (1947) Keybook photo – 2

[Los Angeles]: RKO, [1947]. Vintage original 8 x 10″ (20 x 25 cm.) linen-backed black-and-white keybook photo, with photographer stamp on verso (it is faint, but you can make out the name of Rod Tolmie). Just about fine.

A suave but malevolent Kirk Douglas speaks to Robert Mitchum, as Paul Valentine looks on. Silver, Ward. Ursini, Porfiro, p. 220. Grant, p. 484: “Archetypal film noir complete with archetypal femme fatale and archetypal noir cinematography.”
