Preston Sturges wrote one of the classic screwball comedy scripts — just a couple of years before he launched his own directorial career — starring Jean Arthur, Edward Arnold and Ray Milland. The zany plot revolves around a wealthy banker who, enraged with his wife, throws a valuable mink coat out the window. When it lands on Jean Arthur, the fun starts.
