Original blurb on verso indicates that Louise Brooks’ boa is made of uncurled ostrich feathers. She has discarded her silver fox in favor of this. Brooks, as part of her Paramount contract, was obliged to pose for fashion photos throughout her career. They appeared in movie magazine fashion layouts.
