Debbie Allen was nominated for a Tony Award for her starring role in this musical with book by Neil Simon, music by Cy Coleman, and lyrics by Dorothy Fields. Bob Fosse directed and choreographed the show, a revival of the 1966 show, which he also had created two decades earlier.
