[Los Angeles]: Paramount Pictures, 1934. Vintage original 8 x 10″ (20 x 25 cm.) black-and-white glossy silver gelatin photo. About fine.
Printed blurb on verso discusses the new film she is about to start, originally titled Caprice Espagnol and released as The Devil Is a Woman in 1935. Photo has copyright date of 1934, just as Dietrich was about to start production on the Josef von Sternberg opus. The portrait shows Dietrich dressed in a tailored suit, wearing a plethora of jewels with a cigarette between her fingers.
