The collection contains:

• Two (2) record company promotional photos (Ike and Tina Turner, Warner Bros. Records, ca. 1960s; Tina Turner, United Artists, ca. 1980s);
• Five (5) photos from appearances in movies — one from GIMME SHELTER (1970); two from TAKING OFF (1971); one from SOUL TO SOUL (1971); and an unidentified 1973 Columbia Pictures release;
• Two (2) photos from her HBO television show TINA TURNER: PRIVATE DANCER.
